High-Level Business support
This is for you if you want to really get the strategy and higher-level focused business support, to really drive your business forward. You get to tap into all my knowledge and includes a 90-minute strategy call, where we can really focus on what you need to achieve in your business that month and the ways to do it.
We can look in-depth at your business, identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets for growth, develop business plans for the longer term, and more. When you work with me, it’s more than just delegating tasks; it’s about solving your time constraints, lessening your workload, and regaining control over your business.
It’s about crafting a partnership, so we focus on growth, success and restoring a healthy balance between work and life.
- One call per month – the ability to book in more calls if required

Your investment options:-
£550 per month includes one 90-minute strategy call at the beginning of each month plus 7 hours of DFY support.
£1100 per month includes one 90-minute strategy call at the beginning of each month plus 15 hours of DFY support.
These packages have minimum 3-month commitment.
VIP VA Day
This this is for you if you want to make headway for the rest of the year and start 2025 with a woof, clear those tasks, get your online course mapped out. We can use if for anything you like, a mastermind session to talk through challenges and goals and start to implement the steps YOU need to take to make it happen.
A day working ON your business rather than IN it to make headway, you will have access to all my skills and knowledge, helping you to gain clarity. We can work together for the day on Teams, or I can work away in the background on pre-agreed tasks. You get to tap into my whole skill set and knowledge base.
These are ideal if you can’t afford regular support but need eye and ears on your business for a day to get moving forward.
SPECIAL OFFER:
- These VIP days cost just £440, or you can book a bundle of three days, which can be taken once a month for three months or split over 6 months. The total cost for this package is £1320, which we can split payment over 6 months – making it a very reasonable £220 per month. Business reset call
The call will be up to 2 hours, and we will :-

🐾create an action list of everything,
🐾talk about any ideas for improvement,
🐾explore/identify anything we can optimise,
🐾look at new processes and systems we can introduce to make business easier for you in 2025.

Customer journey workflow mapping
The call will be up to 1 hours, and we will :-
- review your current customer journey
- we’ll walk through your customer journey from enquiry to delivery
- identify gaps and areas of improvement
After the call I will create a process map of improved journey and produce a report with the findings and give you tech suggestions and recommendations.
A workflow mapping call is a great opportunity for YOU if :-

Accountability Buddy
I know running a business can be challenging – I know the struggles of staying on track, following through on goals, and pushing past your comfort zones. That’s where an accountability buddy comes in!
Fancy having me as your accountability buddy to be there to give you a kick (a gentle one of course!) to keep you accountable on your monthly tasks, check in on you and cheer you on and help out if needed? With me at your side you’re far less likely to let things slip or lose focus because I’ll be there to ensure you keep moving forward.
Here’s what you can have.
- 60 minute call at the beginning of each month to discuss your focus, look at what’s happening, what services you need to sell, events which are on or coming up,
- Looking at where there might gaps, what’s needed, priority order,
- Pull out your key actions onto a Trello Board,
- 30 min call for the following weeks,
- Ongoing communication within the Trello board – ask questions + (5 hours a month VA support with option 2)
Option 1 = £200 a month
Option 2 = £450 a month
